When ordering, please specify how you want us to configure the convertor for you:

– what you need the convertor for. This allows us to know the serial parameter settings (eg: for ZEhnder ComfoWay or ComfoLib)
– what IP settings you want for the device (static IP address, netmask, gateway)

When we provide the configured convertor, then no further configuration / software / installation is needed to install and commision the convertor.
